  • Help you find your nearest Skycell store
  • Let you enquire about products, prices, EMI options, exchanges, and repairs
  • Share guides, comparisons, and offers
  • Make it easy to contact us by call, WhatsApp, or form

This website is not an online shop. You cannot buy anything directly here. All purchases happen in person at a Skycell store. Any prices shown online are indicative and subject to change without notice. The final price is confirmed at the store, at the time of purchase.

3. Using the Website

When you use skycell.in, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when filling enquiry, repair, or exchange forms
  • Not interfere with the site's working — no hacking, scraping, spam, or malware
  • Not use the site to impersonate someone else

4. Product Information, Prices, and Availability

Before you visit, we recommend calling or WhatsApping the store to confirm price and stock. The product image on the website is for reference — the actual box contents are decided by the manufacturer.

5. Enquiries, Bookings, and WhatsApp

When you submit an enquiry form, book a repair, request an exchange estimate, or message us on WhatsApp:

  • You're starting a conversation, not placing a binding order.
  • Our team will respond by phone, WhatsApp, or email — usually within store working hours.
  • Final pricing, exchange value, repair cost, and warranty terms are confirmed only at the store, in person, when the device is physically inspected (where relevant).
  • We're not bound to honour any indicative quote if the device condition differs from what was described, or if prices or offers have changed in the meantime.

6. EMI, Finance, and Third-Party Services

Skycell partners with authorised finance providers (such as Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, and others) for EMI and finance options at our stores.

When you apply for finance:

  • The agreement is between you and the finance company, not Skycell.
  • Approval, interest rates, processing fees, and EMI terms are decided by the finance company based on their criteria.
  • Skycell is a facilitator. We do not guarantee approval.
  • Any disputes related to finance must be raised with the finance partner directly. We'll help where we can, but the contractual relationship is theirs.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on skycell.in — the brand name, logo, design, layout, written content, photographs of our stores and team, blog posts, graphics, and code — belongs to Skycell or our licensors.

You may:

  • View and read content for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Share links to our pages on social media

You may not:

  • Copy, republish, or redistribute our content
  • Use our brand name, logo, or store photographs for any commercial purpose
  • Scrape the site or its content using bots, crawlers, or automated tools
  • Use our content to train AI models without written permission

Product names, brand logos, and trademarks of manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, and others) belong to their respective owners. We display them only to identify the products we sell.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to other websites — Google Maps for directions, finance partners' sites for EMI details, manufacturer pages for product information, social media platforms, and so on.

We don't control those websites. Following an external link is at your own discretion. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave skycell.in.

9. Reviews, Testimonials, and User Content

If you leave a review on our Google Business Profile, social media, or submit a testimonial:

  • You confirm the review reflects your genuine experience.
  • You give us permission to display it on the website, social media, and store materials — with your first name and general location (for example, "Arjun, Kottiyam").
  • We may lightly edit it for length or clarity, but never to change the meaning.
  • You can ask us to remove your testimonial anytime by writing to ask@skycell.in.
